摘要:
分别以硫脲、尿素和三聚氰胺作为gC3N4前驱体,采用浸渍法和退火处理将gC3N4负载在TiO2纳米花上制备gC3N4/TiO2异质结光催化材料。研究不同gC3N4前驱体对gC3N4/TiO2光催化材料形貌、光电化学性能及光催化分解水产氢性能的影响。结果表明:以硫脲和尿素为gC3N4前驱体时,TiO2纳米花结构被破坏,所得到的gC3N4 /TiO2复合材料比表面积较小,光生载流子复合严重,光催化活性较低;以三聚氰胺为gC3N4前驱体时,TiO2仍然保持完整的纳米花结构,所得到的gC3N4 /TiO2复合材料在保持较高的比表面积的同时具有较低的光生载流子复合速率,因此该复合材料的光催化性能显著增强,在模拟太阳光照射下分解水产氢速率高达20-75 mmol/(g·h)。
