以炭黑(CB)为核材、聚苯胺(PANI)为壳材,通过原位聚合法制备聚苯胺包覆炭黑(CB@PANI)的微胶囊,然后分别将CB或CB@PAIN微胶囊作为填料,加入聚氯乙烯(PVC)浆料中,进而采用涂布机将PVC浆料涂覆于聚酯纤维基布表面,制备出PVC膜结构材料。研究了CB在PVC膜结构材料中的分散性,并改善PVC膜结构材料的导电性能及力学性能。采用FTIR、SEM、TEM和TG等手段对CB@PANI微胶囊结构进行表征,并用SZT2A型四探针电阻率测试仪、INSTRON万能试验机分别对PVC膜结构材料的表面电阻及拉伸性能进行测试。结果表明:随CB@PANI微胶囊含量增加,PVC膜结构材料表面电阻大幅度降低,但其对PVC膜结构材料的断裂强度和断裂伸长率影响较小;与纯炭黑相比,当添加量为12.2% 时,PVC膜结构材料的表面电阻得到极大的改善,低至6.0×102 (Ω·cm),断裂强度和断裂伸长率分别提升了38.2%和108.1%。
