摘要:
利用双亚芴基醌式噻吩结构具有高摩尔消光系数的特点,研制双亚芴基醌式噻吩染料D1,探讨其光谱吸收特性、分散性能及对涤纶的染色性能等。确定染料D1与分散剂NNO的质量比为1∶2,研磨24 h后染料粒径为260 nm,达到染色要求。采用高温高压染色法进一步研究染料D1对涤纶织物的染色性能,结果表明:染料用量为1% owf时,染料D1的上染率为64%,染色织物的色深值(K/S)为9.0。与常规偶氮类染料相比,染料D1的上染速率更慢,需要的温度更高。热力学研究表明,染料D1对涤纶纤维的吸附类型属于Nernst型吸附。染料D1的耐摩擦色牢度高于4级;耐皂洗和耐升华色牢度的变色牢度高于4级,沾色牢度在3级以上;耐日晒色牢度则偏低。
