摘要:
采用基于Hummers法的密闭氧化室法制备氧化石墨并命名为SGO,在此基础上再利用XRD、FTIR、AFM、UVVis等对制备的氧化石墨进行表征。XRD测试发现氧化石墨在2θ≈12.5°处出现(001)晶面的衍射峰且在2θ≈27.5°处出现(002)晶面的衍射峰;通过FTIR证实了氧化石墨有含氧官能团的存在;AFM测试中发现氧化石墨的片层不均匀,厚度大约为20 nm左右;在UVVis测试中发现在氧化石墨中有C—C键的π→π*跃迁吸收峰,没有发现CO键的n→π*的跃迁峰。采用层层自组装的方法将氧化石墨和壳聚糖处理到棉白坯布上得到抗紫外纺织品。通过纺织品抗紫外因子测试仪(UV2000F)测得棉织物的抗紫外性能UPF值达到50+
