摘要:
以相变材料正十四醇为芯材,苯乙烯和丙烯酸丁酯的共聚物为壁材,采用细乳液聚合法制备相变微胶囊。应用马尔文激光粒度仪、扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪和热重分析仪表征微胶囊的粒径、表面形貌、相变潜热和热稳定性。以正十四醇相变微胶囊乳液对棉织物进行浸渍整理,应用热红外成像仪、织物风格仪和透气量仪表征棉织物的调温性能、手感度和透气性。研究结果表明:当芯壳比为1∶1时,可得到平均粒径为463 nm且球形度良好的正十四醇相变微胶囊,其峰值相变温度为40.95 ℃,相变潜热为77.8 J/g;整理后棉织物的相变潜热可达2580 J/(g·m-2),表现出了明显的调温性能,且整理后棉织物的手感度下降幅度较小,但透气性明显降低。
