摘要:
以原位微悬浮聚合法所制的微米级聚丙烯酸酯PA/MPS偶联改性SiO-2(PA/MPS-SiO-2)接枝复合胶粒为研究对象,利用自带热台的3D视频显微系统在线观察复合胶粒在良溶剂中的尺寸变化情况,并结合索氏抽提实验所测复合胶粒凝胶率的结果,评估复合胶粒的溶胀性能。考察复合胶粒的SiO-2粒子含量、SiO-2表面MPS偶联密度等因素对其溶胀行为的影响,结果表明接枝复合胶粒中存在以接枝SiO-2粒子为交联点的立体网络结构,这是决定接枝复合胶粒溶胀性能的关键因素。
