摘要:
纳米TiO-2经辛基三甲氧基硅烷(OTMS)硅烷锚固改性后与端乙烯基硅油、含氢硅油及Karstedt催化剂在甲苯介质中混合均匀,并加入蔗糖粒子模板后加热进行双组份硅油的硅氢加成反应;通过交联固化生成聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS),浸泡去除蔗糖粒子模板后制得PDMS/OTMS TiO-2复合海绵。红外和元素分析结果表明:OTMS易锚固于纳米TiO-2粒子表面,且锚固密度可调。扫描电镜观察发现TiO-2以镶嵌形式负载于海绵体表面,且在高TiO-2含量时易在海绵体壁材表面堆积形成微纳结构。紫外可见分光光度计测量海绵体模板浸泡液中TiO-2含量结果显示:绝大部分OTMS改性TiO-2可牢固负载于聚硅氧烷海绵中。以氙灯模拟日光条件,发现所制海绵具有良好的光催化性能。
