摘要:
萜类化合物大多属于次生代谢产物,在自然界中分布广泛、数量众多,并且结构和功能多样,在药品、农业和工业生产中应用广泛。近年来人们对植物萜类化合物进行了大量深入的研究,主要包括萜类化合物的分离鉴定和药理研究,生物合成相关基因的克隆和相关酶的功能鉴定,以及代谢工程等方面。文章从植物萜类化合物的生物合成和调控以及代谢工程进行综述,分析了植物中萜类化合物的研究进展。
