摘要:
为了提高UV固化涂料的稳定性,利用高速分散的方法制备UV固化涂料。探讨7种单体和4种低聚物对UV固化涂料耐热稳定性和离心稳定性的影响。用粒径、粘度、吸光度、K/S值和离心稳定性来表征实验结果。结果表明:用单体乙氧基乙氧基乙基丙烯酸酯(EOEOEA)、新戊二醇二丙烯酸(NPGDA)和三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA),低聚物芳香族聚醚型聚氨酯二丙烯酸酯(6201)制备的UV固化涂料热储前后粒径、粘度、着色织物的K/S值变化较小,热储吸光度稳定性在95%以上,离心稳定性在85%以上,可用来制备稳定性高的UV固化涂料。
