摘要:
采用“挤出拉伸烧结”法制备了聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)中空纤维膜,通过FESEM、孔径分析仪和压汞仪分别对PTFE中空纤维膜的形貌、孔径和孔隙率进行表征。通过真空膜再生技术对有机胺吸收剂分子结构(氨基上活泼氢原子数,空间位阻效应,羟基基团数和氨基基团数)对CO 2真空膜再生性能的影响进行研究。结果表明:制备的PTFE中空纤维膜具有非对称微孔结构;随着有机胺分子中氨基上活泼氢原子数的增加,CO 2真空膜再生性能下降;随着分子空间位阻效应的增强,CO 2真空膜再生性能提高;当吸收剂分子中羟基基团数和氨基基团数增加时,CO 2真空膜再生性能呈现上升趋势。
