摘要:
人C 反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)参与人体炎症反应,是临床诊断中的重要检测指标。利用家蚕杆状病毒表达系统构建重组人 CRP 病毒vBmHis CRP ,接种家蚕五龄幼虫表达重组人CRP蛋白。利用自制抗CRP血清Western Blot检测重组蛋白得到目的条带,纯化后BCA法测定蛋白含量为30 μg/mL,质谱检测进一步确定该蛋白为目的蛋白。这为家蚕生物反应器规模化制备重组人CRP蛋白打下了基础,为解决临床CRP相关炎症反应快速诊断试剂盒中标准抗原的来源问题提供了依据。
