摘要:
以正硅酸乙酯为前躯体,无水乙醇为溶剂,硝酸为催化剂,与TiO-2纳米颗粒按照一定的比例制备TiO-2/SiO-2复合整理液,通过浸渍法将纳米TiO-2负载于家装用涤棉混纺织物上,并利用自制设备研究其光催化甲醛降解以及自清洁性能,并对比负载前后织物的白度、硬挺度和断裂强力等各项性能指标。结果表明:在紫外灯的照射下,负载纳米TiO-2涤棉织物具有良好的光催化性能,可有效降解甲醛以及织物上的红葡萄酒和辣椒油等污染物;织物白度、硬挺度、断裂强力均略有下降,但总体上仍满足应用需求。
