摘要:
对带有周向弯曲叶片的小型轴流风扇的内部流场进行三维数值模拟研究;对原型风扇的静特性进行实验研究验证数值模拟的可靠性;保持其他几何参数不变,沿周向对原型风扇前弯5°以及后弯5°,对设计工况下径向叶片以及周向弯曲叶片风扇的子午面内的流线图、不同叶高处风扇回转面内的静压分布以及叶片下游的速度场进行分析,研究周向弯曲角度对小型轴流风扇静特性及内部流场的影响。研究结果表明:前弯5°和后弯5°风扇的静压在设计工况点较原型风扇分别提高了8.84%、2.54%;相比于后弯5°风扇,前弯5°风扇可以有效地减少泄露流,降低泄露损失;与原型和后弯5°风扇相比,在叶片尾缘下游15 mm处,前弯5°风扇的轴向速度有明显的提高。
