摘要:
为了考察6种不同结构黄酮类化合物(5 OH3′OCH3黄酮,7OH3′OCH3黄酮,7OH2′OCH3黄酮,3,5,7,4′4OH黄酮,5,7,3′,4′4OH黄酮,Neodiosmin)对乳腺癌细胞MCF7的药物敏感性,综合运用MTT法,Hoechst 33342染色法以及流式细胞术评价黄酮类化合物与阿霉素联用对MCF7的抑制效果。结果表明,部分黄酮类化合物细胞毒性较低,其中5OH3′OCH3黄酮,7OH3′OCH3黄酮,3,5,7,4′4OH黄酮能明显增强阿霉素对MCF7细胞的抑制作用。同时发现黄酮类化合物与阿霉素联用在MFC7细胞上所表现出来的协同作用可能与黄酮类化合物A环上5位与7位的羟基取代相关。
