摘要:
采用反应条件温和的水热法制备YBO 3∶Eu 3+荧光粉,首先确定Eu 3+最佳掺杂浓度,在此基础上掺入不同量的K+,研究其对荧光粉YBO 3∶Eu 3+的物相结构、微观形貌、发光强度及量子效率的影响。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线能量色散谱仪(EDS)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、荧光分光光度计(PL)等手段表征材料性能。结果表明:YBO 3∶Eu 3+荧光粉中掺入一定量的K+,其发光强度和量子效率都能得到一定程度的提高。
