摘要:
为了探究水溶液中冠醚和百草枯客体的识别行为,以苄基单保护的三缩四乙二醇对甲苯磺酸酯和4,6二羟基1,3苯二甲酸二甲酯为起始原料,四羧基修饰的双间苯32冠10大环主体分子可以方便地经过多步有机反应构筑,其结构得到1H NMR、13C NMR、MS和EA等表征手段的确证。研究表明,该四羧基衍生的双间苯32冠10的钠盐在水体系中可以与百草枯客体发生络合作用,并且得到了肉眼可见的颜色变化和1H NMR实验的证明;进一步的UV Vis滴定实验定量测算出主客体络合常数为985 M  -1;主客体络合行为可以通过调节体系的pH值得到调控。由此提供了水溶液中方便检测百草枯客体的方法。
