摘要:
采用水热法制备Bi 2Se 3-Sb 2Se 3纳米复合材料。以X射线衍射仪(XRD),场发射扫描电镜(FESEM),电子分析天平为表征手段,分别研究有机溶剂、pH值、水热时间对Bi 2Se 3-Sb 2Se 3纳米粉体结构、形貌、成分的影响。结果表明:水热24 h,以丙三醇为有机溶剂,在pH=9时制备的Bi 2Se 3-Sb 2Se 3纳米复合材料结晶性好、大小均匀、分散性好。
