摘要:
为实现服装季度产品组合订货方案与事先制定的服装季度订货策略差异最小化,以订货周期、季度销售金额预算、季度订货金额预算、季度产品组合结构等订货策略为约束条件,建立服装季度订货模型并对模型进行验证,结果表明:应用线性规划的迭代算法,能够科学地确定服装季度产品组合订货方案,获取最优订货方案。
