摘要:
为制备具有亲水和防污自清洁性能的PVC建筑薄膜,在经低温等离子体改性的PVC薄膜表面涂覆SiO 2作为隔离层,然后采用旋涂法将TiO 2涂覆于薄膜表面,制备得到PVC/SiO 2/TiO 2复合膜。利用XRD、FTIR、SEM、EDS等测试手段对复合膜的形貌和结构进行表征,并用接触角测试仪测定了其亲水性能,经紫外光照后,复合膜的接触角由42.2°降为10.9°,结果表明TiO 2层的涂覆大大地提高了PVC薄膜的亲水性能。
