摘要:
以汞灯模拟日光光源,研究苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂UVFAST W对羊毛中所含氨基酸和常用染料光解性能的作用。探讨了不同pH环境对酪氨酸光解的影响以及与氨基酸复合的光降解过程中各氨基酸之间的相互作用。结果表明:在没有紫外线吸收剂保护的条件下,相同光源下pH值对酪氨酸的光降解影响较大,其中pH 4和pH 10时都会加速酪氨酸的光降解,pH 8时酪氨酸的光解率较低;使用苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂UV FAST W,可以使酪氨酸的光解率从70.1%降至36.1%,色氨酸的光解率由100%降至88.1%,酸性染料的光解率由72.3%降至37.8%。酪氨酸能将吸收的光子的能量转移给色氨酸,促进其光降解进程,同时酪氨酸和色氨酸会将吸收的光子的能量转移给组氨酸、苯丙氨酸和染料,促进其光解。
