摘要:
为研究供应链的订货与运输的最优决策问题,分别讨论供应商与零售商之间合作与非合作两种情形下的最优决策。假定交货提前期与运输工具有关,其满足均匀分布,且在提前期内允许缺货,所造成的缺货损失由零售商承担。目标是最小化供应链的费用,根据具体的费用函数建立供应商、零售商模型,并提出分析方法来决定最优的决策变量值。经过计算得出了非合作与合作两种情形下的最优决策值,并通过算例对最优决策进行验证分析,表明合作情形下的总费用比非合作情形下的总费用少,供需双方更要加强合作。
