- 反对腐败、建设廉洁政治,是中国共产党一贯坚持的鲜明政治立场。90余年来党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的基本经验告诉我们,必须坚持惩治和预防工作一起抓,整体推进以完善惩治和有效预防腐败为重点的反腐倡廉建设。文章拟对中国共产党执政90余年来廉政建设理论与实践探索进行梳理,总结其特点、经验和规律,并在此基础上深入探索新时期惩治和预防腐败体系构建的主要着力点,为建立惩治和预防腐败体系提供有益的借鉴。
