摘要:
    通过单因子实验筛选出桦褐孔菌发酵产三萜化合物最佳碳源和氮源分别为葡萄糖和混合氮源,采用部分因子实验得到对三萜含量有显著影响的4个组分,即葡萄糖、蛋白胨、CaCl2和酵母粉,再利用最陡爬坡实验并结合中心组合实验和响应面分析得到最佳培养基组成:葡萄糖58.9 g/L、蛋白胨2.9 g/L、CaCl2 0.5 g/L、酵母粉1.2 g/L、KH2PO41.0 g/L和MgSO4 0.2 g/L。采用该优化培养基发酵,三萜含量达到57.1 mg/g,较优化前(41.8 mg/g)和天然子实体(36.3 mg/g)分别提高了36.6%和57.3%。
