摘要:
     随着市场对服装产品、种类需求的变化,多品种、小批量生产方式下要求企业生产系统更具有柔性。通过对服装企业生产系统柔性要素在时间、范围、费用维度的分析,建立了反应速度快、适应能力强、工作效率高的生产系统柔性评价体系。应用AHP方法并结合企业实际的生产状况建立柔性度量模型,通过服装企业实际生产案例分析验证模型。
