摘要:
    采用二次通用旋转组合设计,以温度、压力和时间为因子,研究篷盖类柔性材料的贴合工艺,分析其拉伸性能与剥离性能,分别建立断裂强度、断裂伸长率及剥离强度的数学模型。结果表明:温度是影响复合材料最终性能的最显著因素;在温度165℃、压力3 MPa、时间160 s条件下贴合而成的复合材料综合性能最优。
