摘要:
    采用吸湿快干助剂HMW8870对纯棉织物进行吸湿快干整理,并通过测试纯棉织物的快干性、散湿性、透湿性、吸湿性以及毛细管效应来检验整理后织物吸湿快干性能。设计了3种不同的整理工艺和三因子三水平的正交试验。结果表明:经助剂HMW8870整理后的纯棉织物快干性和透湿性增加而吸湿性变化不大,其中HMW8870的浓度是主要影响因素,随着助剂浓度的增加整理后的织物水分蒸发率和透湿量增加,但当助剂浓度为50 g/L时达到效果最好;氯化钠的浓度对织物的亲水性有一定的影响,当氯化钠浓度为20 g/L效果达到最佳状态。
