摘要:
    以形状记忆聚氨酯(SMPU)为基体,四针状氧化锌(TZnOw)为无机填料,γ甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷为TZnOw的表面处理剂,制备四针状氧化锌晶须/形状记忆聚氨酯复合材料,研究表面处理对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:经表面处理的TZnOw制备的TZnOw/SMPU复合材料比纯SMPU及未经处理的TZnOw制备的TZnOw/ SMPU复合材料力学性能有显著的提高;当TZnOw经过浴比为1∶25,含量为3%(owf)的γ甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷处理后,制备的TZnOw/SMPU复合材料的强度较佳,且当 TZnOw含量为3%时,复合材料的拉伸强度是纯SMPU的4倍以上。
