摘要:
    采用液晶模板法制备Co3O4纳米薄膜,用循环伏安法和恒流充放电测试方法,表征分析其微观结构和电化学性能。结果表明:Co3O4薄膜是多晶体,呈分级多孔结构,该结构有利于电子和离子的扩散,可显著改善超级电容器的比电容,增强电容保持能力,是一种优良的超级电容器电极材料。
