摘要:
     针对含氯原料油加工引发加氢高压空冷系统管束失效的典型案例,建立工艺过程模型,运用CFD软件对反应流出物空冷器中的第一排管束进行流动场数值模拟,获得空冷器管束壁面的气相分率、多相流流速及壁面的剪切应力的分布规律,提出由铵盐结晶沉积引起的垢下腐蚀是造成REAC第一排管束顶部失效的主要原因。仿真结果与现场失效案例的比较,验证了模型和结论的正确性,相关结果可为加氢空冷器管束及复杂管道系统的失效分析和优化设计提供依据。
