摘要:
    以自制的新型聚酯聚醚共聚物为亲水整理剂,采用高温高压法,对涤纶织物进行亲水整理同浴染色。研究整理剂用量对分散染料上染率和织物亲水性、色差以及色牢度的影响。结果表明:低温型染料上染率几乎不受影响,而中、高温型影响较大;织物亲水性在用量为6%时达到最佳;中、低温型染料染色织物色差在用量小于6%时影响小,而高温型染料染色织物色差在用量小于4%时影响小;同浴染色未影响染色牢度。因此,只要选择适用的分散染料和适量的整理剂,涤纶亲水整理同浴染色是可行的。
