摘要:
    采用恒流阳极氧化法,在铁铬铝表面制备抗氧化绝缘膜。对0Cr25Al5分别进行恒流0.2 A/dm2、0.4 A/dm2阳极氧化50 min,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等分析测试手段观测了氧化膜的显微组织并进行表面形貌分析,探讨不同电流密度对阳极氧化膜表面形貌的影响。结果表明:恒流0.4 A/dm2阳极氧化时,绝缘膜层主要由Al2O3和Cr3O4组成,其表面致密平整,裂纹较少,显著地提高了铁铬铝合金表面抗氧化及绝缘性能。
