摘要:
    采用异丙醇为溶剂,以氨基硅油和环氧聚醚为反应物,通过氨基与环氧基的开环反应,制备可自乳化的聚醚改性氨基硅油(PMAS)。研究氨基硅油氨基与环氧聚醚环氧基的摩尔比、氨基硅油的氨值和黏度对PMAS乳液粒径及其整理棉织物柔软性、亲水性和白度的影响,优化反应条件,测试PMAS整理棉织物的应用性能,并与氨基硅油和市场上同类产品比较。结果表明:当氨基硅油氨基和环氧聚醚环氧基摩尔比为1∶1,氨基硅油的氨值为0.9 mmol/g、黏度约1450 mPa·s时,所合成的聚醚改性氨基硅油具有自乳化功能且乳液稳定;相对氨基硅油,改性氨基硅油整理棉织物具有相当的柔软性,且其亲水性得到了明显提高。研究表明采用环氧聚醚改性氨基硅油能在不影响氨基硅油柔软性能的基础上有效改善氨基硅油亲水性。
