摘要:
    采用化学镀技术对聚酰胺6织物进行表面处理,借助SEM和XRD对镀层表面形貌与结构进行分析,探讨化学镀前后聚酰胺6织物的厚度、拉伸断裂强力、悬垂性、抗弯刚度、透气性、抗紫外性能以及表面电阻。结果表明:通过化学镀可以获得颗粒分布均匀的镀银层,且织物表面镀覆的是纯度很高的单质银;表面方阻开始时随着增重率的增加急剧减小,当增重率大于30%时方阻减小趋势变缓;化学镀银使织物的抗紫外性能、拉伸断裂强力、抗弯刚度及悬垂性增加,而透气性有所下降。
