摘要:
    对加氢空冷器复合管束进行结构分离和解析,根据弹塑性力学方法获得复合管的力学分析控制方程,对内衬316L不锈钢的复合管进行应力场数值模拟,比较弹性力学和有限元数值模拟方法得到的应力分析结果相互吻合;分析复合管的极限工作载荷以及运行工况下的热应力,提出以结合强度为空冷器复合管束检验的指标,并对实际制造的复合管样品进行结合强度测试,结果满足相关国家标准,工程应用实现了设备长周期运行。
