摘要:
     为提高黄芩天然染料染色的色深及色牢度,对黄芩苷Al(Ⅲ)络合染料的制备工艺进行了研究。采用FTIR对络合物的结构进行表征,并将络合染料直接应用于真丝织物染色。实验结果表明:黄芩苷Al(Ⅲ)络合染料制备的最佳工艺参数为:n(黄芩苷)∶n(Al3+)=2∶1,pH值为5,反应温度40℃,时间30 min;由红外谱图可知:黄芩苷分子4位的羰基和5位的酚羟基与Al3+发生了配位反应;黄芩苷络合染料染色的真丝织物具有较高的K/S值和色牢度。
