摘要:
    在分析低熔点皮芯复合纤维的化学结构、结晶性能、热性能、吸湿性及物理机械性能的基础上,选择分散红玉SEGFL、分散黄M4GL和分散蓝2BLN对低熔点皮芯复合纤维进行染色,研究了染色温度、时间、pH值和浴比各单因素对染色性能的影响;并通过正交试验和极差分析确定了其分散染料染色最佳工艺为:温度85℃、pH值5.5、浴比1∶30。实验结果表明:低熔点皮芯复合纤维经该最佳工艺染色后的色深度和色牢度接近或超过普通聚酯纤维高温高压染色的相关指标。
